Certificates
We currently hold certificates for leavers from 2017-2022. Please call 01922 740 300 or email exams@stfrancis.cc to arrange a suitable time for collection. If you are unable to collect your certificates, you can nominate a person to collect them on your behalf. Please email exams@stfrancis.cc with the name of the person who will be collecting. If your nominated person is not known to the school (i.e. they are not a current student), they must be able to provide photo I.D. Certificates for leavers from 2017 will only be available until July 2023. After this time, they will be securely destroyed as per JCQ regulations and the school retention policy. Please note, it is not in our school policy to post certificates.
If there are any ex-students who completed A Levels or GCSEs with the school in the Summer of 2023, they can come and collect their exam certificates. They can collect their certificates from reception anytime between 8:30am and 3:30pm, but should phone ahead to let us know in advance so we can have them ready for collection.
