Year 10 Triple Science students will be attending a Science Conference today with Mrs. Ash. Read on for more exciting details!!

Have you ever wondered how the zebra got its stripes?  How big is space?  How an electric car can outpace the fastest car on our roads?  22 students from Year 10 are about to find out!

Mrs. Ash will be taking 22 students to an exciting event where they will hear from six of Britains' top scientists, all who are currently working at the cutting edge of their specialism.  The day is advertised as being fast moving, exciting and thought provoking and it will also provide students with the chance to raise issues with the scientists.  The day will also include 2 short sessions with an experienced science examiner offering top tips on exam success.

The event is being held at De Montfort Hall, Leicester University on Tuesday, 17th March.  Students will travel by coach from school and be returned back to school at approximately 5.00 p.m.  A late bus for Staffordshire students will be available (subject to arriving back at 5.00 p.m.)  Other students will have to make their own travel arrangements home.
