Kevin Hicks, from the History squad, a well-known historical re-enactor will be in school in the role of a Roman soldier. .......

Kevin will perform in the role of a Roman soldier, complete with equipment, weapons, etc. so that Year 7 students get hands-on experience of the Roman Army which will help them prepare for their ISA on the Roman Army a couple of weeks after half term.

The History Squad, whose website is www.historysquad.co.uk perform all over the country.  Kevin is widely used by English Heritage and has been working at Bolsover Castle prior to his visit to us.
