This week, in conjunction with the Soli House Youth Workers, we are holding a Whole School Retreat. The theme of this Advent Retreat is "Waiting in Hope". As Christians, we are a chosen people and we have the hope of Resurrection. Advent prepares us for a new liturgical year, beginning with the birth of our Saviour, the source of our hope, the way, the truth and the life we aspire to in God's love. The week will involve prayer, meditation, reflection, art, music, song, role play and mime - all with a spiritual focus to draw out a deeper awareness of the significance of Advent.
