Under Pressure – Mindfulness for Teens

You now have the time?

We are all working differently be it the location, the time, the changes in the media or maybe we are working alone now or in reduced numbers.

Many times, in Emmaus and around school I have heard “if I just had the time to think and breathe”.

Maybe this is our time to have those moments during this unprecedented time.

I have attached a YouTube video, it’s a little lengthy but gives good insight.

We have a special time to reflect “you now have the time”. Stay safe Mrs Muir

We would like to take this opportunity to engage all of our parents in evaluating the Catholic Life of our school. We would be most grateful if you could complete this short survey to help the school maintain and improve its distinct Catholic nature and ethos.
