All of our staff are coached in their craft of teaching and are offered career professional development so that they are perfectly placed to support all students.

Staff are trusted to be the experts in their subject area and are research led so that they know the very best teaching techniques so that students excel. Our full time Pastoral team and Well-being team work tirelessly to ensure that all students are safe and cared for because we know that by removing all barriers and supporting students, then they are best placed to learn throughout the school day and beyond.

Staff model excellence all of the time and those behaviours are excellent for students to see in every adult. Staff will meet you at the gate each day and on the playground before students spend time with their consistent Form Tutor so that before the school day even starts students are modelled to as we say ‘Good Morning and Welcome’ to every child in our care.
